Customer purchasing processes are simplified and on-time delivery is excellent. The office area occupies 3,000 square feet of the north building with offices for the plant and administration. The offices are completely computerized for both process control and management/bookkeeping. Also in the north building there is a 800 square foot laboratory facility which serves as a quality assurance and development laboratory.
